The content of this site is provided for general information about the services of CC-Teknologies Inc.. Prices, availability and specifications on this site may change; a written quote or agreement from us controls. Do not misuse the site, its forms or its online services.
2. Nuclio business software (end-user license)
Nuclio is the internal business management software of CC-Teknologies Inc. and its affiliated company. It is licensed only to our employees and authorized contractors for company business, under these terms:
- Use is limited to your assigned role. Do not share your sign-in, copy data out of the system, or access records you do not need for your work.
- Connections to third-party services (such as QuickBooks Online) are made only by authorized administrators, for the company's own accounts, and may be disconnected at any time.
- Data in Nuclio belongs to CC-Teknologies Inc.. Activity is logged for security and audit.
- The software is provided "as is", without warranties, to the extent permitted by law. CC-Teknologies Inc. is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from its use.
- Access ends when your employment or engagement ends, or when we revoke it.
