CC-Teknologies and Total Temp are sister companies, owned and run by the same husband-and-wife team, Marta Sado-Oles and Marek Oles. Total Temp is a woman-owned business. One family keeps your building safe, connected and comfortable - and when you need the other half, it is one phone call away.
Marta and Marek were raised in Poland, immigrated to the United States and built their companies the American way - hard work, honest prices and treating every customer like a neighbor. Today they are husband-and-wife partners in Makara Inc and lead both companies side by side.

How often does a fire alarm system need to be inspected?
NFPA 72 requires testing on a schedule that depends on the device - many items annually, some semi-annually or quarterly. We set the schedule with your fire department and send the reports for you.
Can you take over my existing alarm or camera system?
Usually yes. We take over most panels and platforms, keep what still works and upgrade only what needs it.
Do you work for state agencies and schools?
Yes - we hold Massachusetts COMMBUYS and MHEC contracts and are SAM registered.
